ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT
Led by Starks Sports Training, our athletic development performance programs build explosive speed, power, and endurance for every sport.
STRENGTH TRAINING
All athletes are monitored on form and coached through technique so that they can learn the proper way to train. Athletes are put on a professional/collegiate style program in which they will have a personalized training card that will be used to record progression and improved performance each week. If you want to become a stronger and more powerful athlete, SST will get you there!
Our program accommodates youth athletes ages 12 & up. All youth athletes will be put through a proper progression of body weight movements to free weight movements. This will insure that they can learn the proper technique and motor patterns that are required for training and developing as an athlete.
SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING
SST is a certified Speed Lab with Universal Speed Rating. We evaluate each athlete’s mechanics to pin point what areas need improvement. Once assessed, athletes are then tracked and monitored through the Universal Speed Rating system in which they can compare themselves with any athlete across the country in the USR. We create a custom programs for Linear & Lateral Speed Development that best suits that athlete and their sport.
SST works to build on many key skills to help develop speed such as:

Enhanced Ability to Change Direction
Improved Rate of Force Development
MOBILITY
Mobility is built into every SST training session because quality movement is essential for quality performance. Our mobility work focuses on improving flexibility, joint control, and range of motion so athletes can train harder, move more efficiently, and reduce their risk of injury.
Each athlete is guided through targeted mobility progressions that support their sport, enhance body control, and reinforce proper movement patterns. By incorporating mobility into every workout, we help athletes recover better, stay durable, and perform at their highest level all year long.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Our personal training program delivers customized, one-on-one coaching designed to meet each athlete’s unique goals. Whether you're building strength, improving speed, recovering from an injury, or looking for focused skill development, our trainers create a personalized plan tailored to your needs and sport demands.
Every session includes technique instruction, targeted mobility work, and performance-driven programming to ensure safe, effective progress. With individualized attention and expert coaching, athletes of all ages can accelerate their development, build confidence, and reach the next level faster.
TEAM TRAINING
Our team training program is built to support schools, coaches, booster programs, and parents who want to elevate their athletes together. We offer customized strength, speed, and mobility sessions designed specifically for each team’s sport, age group, and competitive goals.
Teams can train at the Launchpad facility or we can bring our coaching directly to your school. With structured programming, expert instruction, and special team rates, we help athletes build strength, improve coordination, and develop a unified training foundation that translates to better performance on the field or court.
